Heated indoor pool.
My room was not ready (cleaned) at 4PM.

A great place to stay with young children. The indoor heated pool is really nice and the breakfast buffet had a big variety of food.

The hotel!

It's lousy. The staff is rude. They are cheap quality. Very old style. Dirty linen's, they never changed the bed sheets. That's nasty!

The location was great, we could walk to restaurant, and all in all we had a fun trip.
We really didn't care for the swimming pool because my kids were young and there taking up the whole pool.

Other than the pool we had fun the kids had fun even though the pool was small but they managed we would come back again. Thank you.

Rooms were very clean and well furnished.
Beds were very firm, could use a mattress topper.

This was overall a great place to stay. Our only complaints were the firmness of the mattresses; a mattress topper would have been a nice touch. Other than that, the room was very clean and had plenty of towels and other items we needed. The indoor pool was really nice and the staff was very friendly. Space in the room was adequate.
Had bugs in the room, was distant and confusing to find even lobby, ice, etc.

For the cost for two nights we found this to be a great disappointment. We had monster roaches in our room, AC quit in one of our parties rooms, ice and sodas were on a separate floor and long hallways away. Layout of hotel is not amenable to elderly, arthritic (us) people. No restaurant in hotel, fourth floor on bottom level is confusing. Restaurant promoted by hotel was also a money machine. I loved the large rooms, great for families.
Nothing at all.

I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express before, but this was by far the nicest we have stayed. The rooms were large and clean. Good location. The continental breakfast was good all 3 mornings. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. ...read more

People were smoking on the walkway in front of our room.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was spacious and comfortable.
